Saw CUTTING

Description
Saw cutting is a practical and precise solution for working with stainless steel and nickel alloys.
Suitable for thicknesses ranging from 8 to 150mm, this process uses blades specially designed for these metals, guaranteeing a clean, reliable cut. It is particularly effective for straight cuts or simple shapes (rectangle).
One of the main advantages of this technique is its ability to preserve the mechanical and chemical properties of materials. Unlike methods that generate high heat, saw-cutting minimizes thermal impacts, thus avoiding any alteration of metal characteristics, such as resistance to corrosion or extreme temperatures.
Saw-cut parts feature precise edges and satisfactory surface quality, limiting the need for additional retouching.
